The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Experience Manager (Pro XM) to join our store leadership team in Gillette, WY. You will oversee Pro customer flow, ensure on-time deliveries, and drive Pro Xtra signups while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

As MOD and store operations lead, you will coach associates, manage recruitment and training, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs. This role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and a focus on a safe, efficient shopping

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer service flow and Pro area to minimize wait times.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
• Ensure safety procedures and hazmat guidelines are followed.
• Open and close the store per SOPs and align with leadership on priorities.
