Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Champion service standards and coach real-time customer interactions.
• Minimize wait times in Pro area and ensure on-shelf availability.
• Validate Will Calls & Deliveries at shift starts for accuracy.
• Lead opening/closing duties and maintain store readiness per SOPs.
