• Lead Pro area to minimize wait times and ensure Pro customers have carts, signage, and equipment.
• Validate Will Calls & Deliveries at shift start to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
• Coach and develop associates; complete performance management documentation for review by management.
• Enforce THD policies and maintain safety, training, and SOP compliance.
• Open/close duties, secure the building, and verify daily priorities with store leadership.
