Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to support our PRO customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space.

The role involves building relationships with PRO customers, collaborating with various departments, and executing business initiatives to enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge about our products and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience for our PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, customer support.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
