A leading home improvement retailer is looking for a dedicated sales associate to engage with professional clients in the hard surface flooring sector. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, executing sales strategies, and supporting the store’s sales initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, experience in retail or contractor sales, and an ability to build relationships with PRO customers. This position offers a competitive pay range of $16.02 - $20.90 per hour and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales or service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to enhance customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk: phone calls and customer support.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify potential PRO customers.
• Maintain knowledge about products and train Store Team on sales process.

Skills

Experience with Salesforce / CRM software

Bilingual in Spanish
