Job summary

Diablo Tools is expanding its sales team in the Kansas region. This role seeks an extroverted, highly motivated Sales Professional with 1–8 years of sales experience to drive market share across categories and channels.

You will implement strategic approaches, train and coach Territory Managers, and manage trade shows to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Basic knowledge of construction products is not required; we provide hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with customers and teams.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers to grow market share in Kansas.
• Coordinate training, trade shows, and coaching for Territory Managers.
• Travel 6–8 overnights per month to meet customers and develop the territory.
