Diablo Tools Inc. is expanding its sales team in Kansas and seeks an extroverted, highly motivated sales professional with 1–8 years of experience.

You will develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within the assigned territory and help drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth. This role requires travel 6–8 overnights per month; the Kansas territory includes the state, and you will train and coach Territory Managers, coordinate trade shows, and support regional managers with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsabilités

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory to promote and consolidate key categories.
• Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other duties contributing to growth.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisor on revenue planning and strategies.
• Support RM/KMM on program development, sales strategies, and coaching calls.
• Travel 6-8 overnights per month to meet customers and develop Territory Managers.
• Territory will cover the state of Kansas.
