Diablo Tools Inc. is expanding its Sales Team in Portland, OR and seeks an extroverted, highly motivated Sales Professional with 1-8 years of sales experience. This is an amazing opportunity to bring competitive energy and win with THE BEST, leading growth across markets. We Lead, Never Follow.

Gain market share within categories and channels, manage trade shows, coach Territory Managers, and contribute to a strong, future-focused sales strategy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory to promote and consolidate key categories.
• Administrative duties include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other tasks supporting growth of market share.
• Maintain regular communication with direct supervisor regarding customer and company strategies.
• Support RM and/or KMM on program development, sales strategies, joint coaching calls, training/development/onboarding.
• Travel 4-6 days per month to meet customers and develop Territory Managers.
• Territory will include Portland and Western Oregon.
