Job summary

Diablo Tools Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Pro Channel) to lead sales initiatives in Oklahoma. You will implement programs for key dealers, train Territory Managers, and coordinate regional efforts to grow market share while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

The role requires 1–8 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. This is a full-time position based in Oklahoma with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within the territory.
• Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth within budget.
• Coordinate training and coaching for Territory Managers and team.
• Assist Regional Managers with trade shows and revenue planning.
• Travel 6-8 overnights per month to meet customers and develop the territory.
