Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Develop sales programs and strategies for key dealers in assigned territory.
• Manage scheduling, orders, presentations, and related admin duties.
• Communicate revenue plans and strategy with supervisor.
• Support regional managers on training, coaching, and trade shows.
• Travel 6–8 overnights monthly to meet customers.
• Territory covers the state of Kansas.
