Diablo Tools Inc. in the United States is expanding its sales team, seeking an extroverted, highly motivated sales professional with 1-8 years of sales experience. This is an amazing opportunity to leverage your competitive drive to win with the Best.

Our forward-looking approach distinguishes us from the rest. You will travel to meet customers, develop programs for key dealers, and support Regional Managers in training and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for presentations, reports and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers within the territory to promote and consolidate key categories.
• Plan monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while managing travel and budget.
• Provide support to Regional Managers and Key Market Managers, including training and trade shows.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisor to discuss revenue planning and customer strategies.
• Travel 4–6 days per month to meet customers and develop the territory (Portland and Western Oregon).
