Job summary

Diablo Tools is expanding its sales team and seeks an extroverted, highly motivated Sales Professional with 1-8 years of sales experience to join our team in Kansas.

You will develop programs for key dealers, manage trade shows, train Territory Managers, and travel 6-8 overnights per month to cover the Kansas territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with customers and sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers within assigned territory.
• Plan monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within budget.
• Coordinate training, trade shows, and coaching for Territory Managers.
• Attend conference calls and support revenue planning with supervisors.
• Travel 6–8 overnights per month to meet customers; cover Kansas.
