Diablo Tools, Inc. is expanding its Sales Team in Kansas and seeks an extroverted, highly motivated sales professional with 1–8 years of experience to drive market share in our tool categories.

You will train, coach and travel to key dealers, manage trade shows and work with regional managers to hit monthly and quarterly targets. Join a team that values growth, development and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Gain market share within categories and implement strategic approaches to deliver sales numbers.
• Assist Regional Managers or Key Market Managers with training, trade shows and coaching Territory Managers.
• Develop programs and sales strategies for key dealers to promote and expand market share.
• Communicate with supervisor about customer and company strategies; attend revenue planning calls.
• Travel 6-8 overnights per month to meet customers and develop Territory Managers; Kansas coverage.
