Diablo Tools Inc. in Kansas is seeking an extroverted, highly motivated Sales Professional with 1-8 years of sales experience to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting chance to take your competitive drive and win with the Best as we lead, never follow in a growth-focused market. You will travel 6-8 overnights per month to meet customers and develop Territory Managers, supporting Regional Managers with training and trade shows, while aiming for monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory to convert, promote and consolidate key categories to Diablo/Freud.
• Administrative duties: scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations and other tasks that grow market share and sales volume.
• Maintain consistent communication with direct supervisor about customer and company strategies; attend conference calls and provide revenue planning.
