Job summary

Diablo Tools, Inc. is expanding its Sales Team for the Kansas territory and seeks an extroverted, highly motivated Sales Professional with 1-8 years of sales experience.

This role offers hands-on training and a clear path for growth within a dynamic, best-in-class organization. You will travel 6-8 overnights per month, support regional managers, develop dealer programs, and drive monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Gain 100% market share within categories and implement strategic sales plans.
• Assist Regional Managers with training, trade shows and coaching Territory Managers.
• Develop dealer programs and plan monthly, quarterly and yearly growth.
• Handle scheduling, orders, presentations and revenue planning discussions.
• Travel 6-8 overnights per month; Kansas territory coverage.
• Communicate with supervisor on revenue strategy and alignment.
