Job summary

Diablo Tools Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead Pro Channel sales across Oklahoma. This is a full-time role based in Oklahoma, with a focus on expanding dealer partnerships and driving growth in designated markets.

The ideal candidate will be extroverted, highly motivated, and driven to achieve aggressive sales targets. Expect travel within Oklahoma and the opportunity to train and develop a high-performing sales team, while representing a leading cutting tool company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or 8 years of commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales programs for Key dealers within Oklahoma.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans to meet targets.
• Coordinate trade shows and train Territory Managers.
• Analyze customer needs and provide product training.
• Collaborate with Regional/Key Market Managers.
