Job summary

Step Up Rehab invites a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF therapy teams in Florida. You will provide skilled PTA services in dedicated rehab gyms inside Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, focusing on resident safety, function, and independence.

The role requires an active Florida PTA license (or eligibility) and SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
