Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Florida to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting at Boca Pointe Center and Rosewood Center in Lake Worth Beach.

This PRN role features increased rates when medical benefits are waived, a supportive team, modern rehab gyms, and benefits including 401(k) with company match, travel stipends, Daily Pay, and regular appreciation events. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
