Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, and requires Florida PTA licensure.

You will work in dedicated therapy gyms inside SNFs, delivering skilled PTA services as part of the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
