Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. This Licensed Occupational Therapist role offers $65 hourly pay with consistent hours and bedside patient care to improve recovery and quality of life.

Our team is clinically driven and committed to exemplary care. Qualifications include an OT degree with NBCOT/OTR as required, and eligibility to practice in the state.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• Graduate in Occupational Therapy (B.S., M.A., or M.S.) recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as applicable per state requirements.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsabilités

• Utilize evidence-based practice to guide clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments for physical functioning disorders in line with regulations and clinical standards.
• Deliver skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Offer counseling to patients, families, and care teams about physical disorders.
• Supervise OTA, temporary licensees, students, and support staff per licensure rules.

Experience/Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist.
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
