Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group, an in-house therapy provider for Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri, seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a role offering $60 hourly pay and consistent hours.

The position requires an OT degree recognized by AOTA and NBCOT eligibility (OTR where state mandates). Open to therapists at all experience levels; turnkey supervision and clinical support available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as OTR if state mandates.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Uses evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides skilled therapy to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Delivers rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Counsels patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervises OTAs, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
