Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. A Licensed OT is needed to join a clinically driven team and deliver skilled therapy with consistent hourly pay of $65, supporting patient recovery and quality of life.

This role opens opportunities for supervision of assistants and students while collaborating with families and care teams to ensure compliant, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with eligible NBCOT designation (OTR).
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practice to guide clinical interventions.
• Provide skilled therapy and rehabilitative treatments per regulations.
• Deliver therapy to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Counsel patients and families on recovery plans and expectations.
• Supervise OT Assistants and students per licensure rules.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
• This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some Duties For This Position Include

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
