Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team providing in-house therapy in Skilled Nursing facilities across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Indiana, and Missouri. This role offers ongoing clinical leadership and opportunities to advance patient recovery and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA and is NBCOT certified (OTR) where required by state regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (if state mandated).
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with licensure requirements and professional standards.

Education

Bachelor/Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (AOTA recognized)

Experience/Qualifications
