Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities in Albuquerque. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Licensed OT with AOTA-recognized degree and NBCOT-OTR designation is required; all experience levels welcome. Mentorship and growth opportunities are available within CRG.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., or M.S. in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandated).
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical function disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel as per licensure and professional standards.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.
