Oviedo Medical Center in Florida is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse Float Pool PRN RN to join our team. The Float Pool role offers the chance to work across multiple units, delivering high-quality bedside care while supporting colleagues and maintaining patient advocacy.

Candidates should hold a Florida RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months; two years of acute care experience is preferred. This PRN position is with the HCA Healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license (multistate accepted) is required.
• BLS-AHA card required within 30 days of start.
• 2 years of bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
• ACLS preferred; required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient and family advocate while protecting privacy.
• Perform nursing assessments and diagnoses to plan care.
