Job summary

HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg/Telemetry float pool. You will provide expert nursing care across Med/Surg, Telemetry and Progressive Care units, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Must hold a Florida RN license (or compact with active FL license within 60 days). BSN preferred; ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. PRN positions available with strong teamwork and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida RN license or compact license with active FL RN within 60 days.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• CCRN/ ONC/ PCCN or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for Med/Surg, Telemetry and Progressive Care patients.
• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patient records and post tests and results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
