HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a dynamic Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse to join the PRN team. You will float between several areas across the nursing spectrum, supporting colleagues and delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include patient/family advocacy, nursing assessments, and plan-based care with a focus on continuous improvement. Florida RN license and ACLS/BLS within required timeframes are essential.

Formación

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required
• Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation
• Associate Degree, BSN preferred
• 2 years’ bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire
• No Travel Required
