Job summary

Helms Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide infusion therapy services in patients' homes on a PRN basis in Thorntown, IN. The role includes catheter access, medication administration, vitals, and patient education, with notes entered electronically.

Requirements include an active RN license and at least 1 year of infusion or catheter care experience. Reliable transport and a valid driver's license with insurance are required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access and care (peripheral IVs, ports, PICC/central lines) and vitals/assessments.
• Administer medications (Abx, TPN, IVIG, other specialty meds) and perform blood draws.
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medications.
• Submit visit notes through electronic charting promptly.

Responsibilities:

• As per the Patients needs perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds), blood draws

• Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly

QualificationsRequirements:
