Job summary

Helms Home Care is recruiting Registered Nurses to provide in-home infusion therapy services to patients in their homes, with PRN scheduling in Lexington, NC. The RN will perform catheter access, monitor vitals, administer medications, and educate patients as part of compassionate, personalized care.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, have at least 1 year of infusion therapy experience, and have reliable transportation. Expect multiple visits per week and access to scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1-year experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care.
• Reliable transportation and access to printer/scanner/fax.

Responsibilities

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port-a-caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, medications administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds), blood draws.
• Provide patient education on self-administration of medication.
• Make visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly.

• Expect to do 2 visits per week
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
