Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a PRN RN for the Network Float Pool, rotating across 3+ Phoenix campuses. The role emphasizes stroke and IR care with emphasis on medication administration, IV therapy, and patient education.

The position requires a licensed RN in AZ, BLS, and at least 2 years of relevant IR or acute care experience, with BSN preferred. This PRN in-person role offers flexible scheduling across facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years' IR nursing experience or related procedure experience required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or compact state at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required with unit-specific certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple campuses as part of the float pool.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and ANA guidelines.
• Administer medications and IV therapies with careful dosage checks and safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and home health needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
