Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Network Float Pool, rotating across Phoenix campuses. The role requires pediatric and adult OR exposure, and flexibility to float between facilities.

Provides direct patient care, collaborates with surgeons and staff, and adheres to ANA standards and organizational policies. Sign-on bonus available; day shifts with 80 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• RN with OR experience and float pool capability
• Active RN license in Arizona or compact
• Commitment to continuous learning and patient safety

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in OR and float to multiple campuses
• Develop and update care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient status
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
