Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Bellevue, WA seeks a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will welcome residents, families, and visitors, direct inquiries and tours, and ensure every interaction reflects MBK’s mission and values.

This PRN role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background/health TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, welcome tours, and create a positive experience for residents and guests.
• Answer and direct calls promptly, providing accurate information or referrals.
• Support residents and families, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and events to share information proactively.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and company policies; promote teamwork.
