Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to create exceptional first impressions for residents, families, and guests. The role supports sales, answers inquiries, and coordinates with care teams, delivering a warm, professional experience consistent with MBK's mission and values.

Part-time schedule: Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, 1:30pm–7:00pm, pay $19.50–$20.00/hour DOE. This frontline position requires strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred; on-the-job training can be provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background clearance, health screening, and TB test within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome & First Impressions: Greet residents, families, visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Customer Engagement: Direct inquiries, welcome tours, and create a smooth experience for residents, families, and guests.
• Communication Hub: Answer and direct calls promptly, providing accurate information or routing to the right team member.
• Resident & Family Support: Respond to questions and coordinate with departments to meet needs quickly.
• Administrative Support & Safety: Log messages, manage mail, maintain reception area, uphold safety standards.
