MBK Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our community. You will greet residents and visitors, guide tours, answer calls, and coordinate with departments to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete required background clearance, health screening and provide TB test results within 7 days of employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; able to handle busy, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and prospects in a friendly, professional manner.
• Direct inquiries, welcome tours, and create a smooth, positive experience for residents and guests.
• Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously; provide accurate information or connect callers with the right team member.
• Respond to questions and requests from residents and families; coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, events, and resident services to answer inquiries proactively.
• Assist with administrative tasks, log messages, distribute mail and packages, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Uphold safety standards and comply with regulations and company policies.
