Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to create exceptional first impressions and deliver outstanding experiences for residents and families. The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and strong communication in a hospitality-focused environment.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Fri-Sat 2pm-10pm; Sun-Mon 6am-2pm) with a pay rate of $17.50–$18.00 per hour. Must be 18+, with background clearance and health screening required. MBK provides benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and first impressions for residents, families, visitors and prospects.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, welcoming tours and creating a positive experience.
• Answer and direct calls promptly with accurate information and routing to appropriate staff.
• Assist residents and families with questions, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Keep informed about daily activities and resident services to answer questions.
• Support administrative tasks: log messages, distribute mail and packages, maintain reception area.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards and company policies.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and MBK policies.
• Promote teamwork and open communication in line with MBK values.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
