Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking an on-call Concierge to create exceptional first impressions for residents, families, and guests. You will greet visitors, direct inquiries, and support the sales process, reflecting MBK’s mission and values.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality/front-desk experience preferred.
• Must pass background clearance, health screening, and TB test within 7 days of employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, schedule tours, and support sales.
• Answer and route calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reception area.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
