Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must be 18+ and pass background health TB screening.
• Ability to operate basic computer and phone systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, welcoming tours, and support sales.
• Answer calls promptly and route to the right team member.
• Assist residents and families, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and assist with administrative tasks.
