You will greet visitors, direct inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience while upholding MBK's mission and values. Qualifications include a high school diploma and prior customer service or front-desk experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• On-the-job training available for suitable attitude and aptitude.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects warmly to create a positive first impression.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, welcoming tours, and ensuring a smooth experience for residents and guests.
• Answer and route calls promptly with courteous, accurate information.
• Assist residents and families with questions, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Know daily activities and resident services to share timely information.
• Provide administrative support: logging messages, handling mail/packages, maintaining reception area.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards and policies.
• Follow Federal, State, and local regulations and company policies.
• Promote teamwork and open communication aligned with MBK values.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors.
