Job summary

UFC GYM in California is seeking an experienced MMA Sales Admin Manager to oversee private training and supplement revenue while ensuring a positive member experience.

You will supervise scheduling, coaching interactions, and policy compliance, and work with the Fitness Manager to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals. The role requires 7-day availability and strong MMA knowledge to lead a busy club team.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales.
• In depth MMA technical ability related to Striking/Grappling.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of UFC Gym policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possesses a strong customer service focus.
• Understands and follows oral and written instructions.
• Possesses strong organizational skills.
• Must be computer proficient, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Adhere to meal and rest break periods and clock in/out for all shift times.

Responsibilities

• Sell and Conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re-sign clients on full programs to hand off to the coaching staff.
• Prospect members in person/digital to generate complimentary consultations to sell personal training programs.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs.
• Arrives on time, prepared and attentive for training appointments.
• Assist in revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives set forth by the Company with regard to Private Training and Supplements.
• Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics with the Fitness Manager, Vice President of Fitness, and staff to hit goals.
• Administers company policies as they relate to the sales process.
• Independently schedule and manage client appointments for optimal time management.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions, meetings, or visits.
• Maintain scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.
• Manage personal client scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Oversee the full scheduling lifecycle for client appointments.
• Oversee coach sales activities and monitor agreements and daily paperwork.
• Comply with operational procedures and perform compliance checks.
