Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking an MMA Sales Manager to drive Private Training and supplement revenue while delivering exceptional member service. The role requires coordinating with coaching staff, scheduling, and enforcing club policies to ensure a positive customer experience.

You will lead sales with guest tours, prospecting, and signing training agreements, while managing client calendars and supporting club goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions and manage scheduling.
• Oversee club administration and ensure revenue and service goals are communicated.
• Lead and supervise coach sales activities and monitor daily paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures.
• Provide tours and explain services offered by the Coaching Department.
• Mediates member issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.
