Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a proactive MMA Sales Manager to drive Private Training and Supplements revenue while delivering exceptional member experiences. You will supervise scheduling, coach engagement, and performance metrics to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The role requires strong sales, organization, and communication skills, with availability seven days a week including mornings and nights. You will work to uphold club policies and ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one UFC Gym certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Manage club administration and scheduling to hit revenue goals.
• Oversee coaching staff and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist in member tours, sign-ups, and training agreements.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions and manage calendars.
