Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to drive Private Training and Supplement sales while ensuring a positive member experience. The role includes supervising scheduling, coaching staff, and enforcing club policies, with seven-day availability including mornings and nights.

The position emphasizes revenue attainment for Private Training and Supplements, along with managing member concerns and employee relations, reporting to the Fitness Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Computer proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions and manage scheduling.
• Oversee club administration; communicate policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate coaches to meet sales and service goals.
• Monitor daily club sales performance and staff performance.
