Job summary

UFC GYM Whitestown is seeking an MMA Sales Admin Manager to drive member services and revenue through Private Training and supplements. This role ensures a positive customer experience under the supervision of the Fitness Manager, coordinating scheduling, transactions, and coaching staff to meet club goals.

Responsibilities include selling and conducting Private Training, managing member relations, and overseeing club administration while upholding UFC Gym policies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of private training sales and coaching.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Experience leading a small team preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training with members.
• Oversee scheduling and time-keeping activities.
• Ensure member service and revenue goals are met.
• Administer club policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with coaching staff and Fitness Manager.
• Handle member concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
