Job summary

UFC GYM in California seeks a Fitness Manager to lead staffing, training, and development of a dynamic PT/MMA team. You will drive private training revenue, oversee scheduling, and ensure exceptional member experiences within the club.

You will manage daily operations, coach performance reviews, and collaborate with leadership to meet monthly financial targets while enforcing company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Working knowledge of the DotFIT program and software.
• Able to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and development of a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.
• Maintain a fully engaged and high performing Personal Training/MMA team aligned with company values.
• Ensure coaches are productive and revenue and service goals are communicated and met.
