UFC GYM in California seeks an MMA Sales Admin Manager to deliver top-tier member service and drive Private Training & Supplement revenue. You will manage scheduling, client programs, and coaching staff while aligning with company policies.

Ideal candidates bring PT sales experience, MMA knowledge, and strong organizational skills, with a willingness to work mornings and nights. Franchise operations support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales.
Experience with MMA techniques related to striking/grappling is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
Build value in sessions, prospect, and complete sales through turnover.
Service Intro PT packages, re-sign clients to full programs.
Coordinate scheduling and ensure accurate administration of client programs.
Oversee revenue-generating activities (supplements, seminars, workshops).
Set and monitor monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
Supervise coach sales activities and ensure adherence to club policies.
