Job summary

InstaSwim is actively hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

You’ll be insured through InstaSwim’s general liability policy and matched with clients based on area and availability. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
