Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and can select which clients to work with, getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and support, with liability coverage. Candidates should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, be 18+, and have reliable transportation to join InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.
• Excellent communication with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
