InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with local travel to client locations.

InstaSwim provides clients and supports instructors with quick onboarding, insurance coverage, and regular client matches based on area and availability. Requirements include 2+ years of teaching, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress; adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience while ensuring safety.
