Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. The role offers flexible scheduling, local travel, and fast pay within 24 hours after each lesson.

Instructors receive insurance coverage under InstaSwim's policy and can choose clients to work with. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, are 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with work authorization.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
