Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and add you to our general liability policy, with opportunities based on your area and availability. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), 18+ years old, US work authorization, reliable

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Based in the US and have US work authorization.
Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
